How many classes should I attend?

The study process at the Centre of Patanjala Yoga is developed based on the following frequency of classes:

- classes — 2-3 classes per week;
- monthly workshops — at the end of each month (8 workshops per year);
- international seminars — 3 seminars a year;
- annual seminar of PYI.

2. How and how much should I practice at home?

When practicing at home you should follow the program taught to you during the classes at the Centre of Patanjala Yoga.

You should start by practicing for half an hour in the morning and in the evening.

3. What is the best way to master the program offered by the Centre?

You should come to classes well prepared. We assume that you do your homework and work on the movements introduced to you in class.

It is advisable to make notes after classes to write down the information you learn in class.

4. What should I buy for classes?

For practice at home you will need a good yoga mat.

You don’t need anything else!

5. When should I come to classes?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the class begins. You will need this time to change and to prepare yorself for the class.

6. What should I eat?

On the day of your yoga class don’t eat food which is not agreeable for you.

7. What should I wear to classes?
